Magdalen College Choir
John Sheppard, responsible for the introit and anthem for this Sunday's evensong, was one of the most significant church composers of the Tudor era. He served as Informator Choristarum at Magdalen College, Oxford, and as a Gentleman of the Chapel Royal.
